How can I order frames?

Ordering a frame is very simple – you can do it in several ways:

1. Call us and dictate your order.
2. Write to us via email – info@remai.lt.
3. Drop by our gallery.
4. Visit our online store www.rėmai.lt – it's very easy to use.

How to pay?

We offer several convenient payment methods:

1. Bank transfer – add the frame to your cart and follow the purchase steps.
2. Cash to the courier – pay when the courier delivers your order.
3. Simple bank transfer – we will send an invoice via email that you can pay in the usual way.
4. Cash at our gallery.

What size frame should I choose?

We will make the frame exactly according to your specified dimensions. If you are framing a canvas, we recommend adding 2 mm to each edge to ensure the picture fits perfectly. If you have questions – call us, we will be happy to assist.

Where can I see a sample of the frame live?

You can view frame samples on our website or in our galleries. If you live in Vilnius or Kaunas, we can deliver a sample to your home for free.

How long does delivery take?

The delivery time depends on the selected frame. After receiving your order, our coordinator will contact you to confirm all the details.

What to do if the system shows that the frame stock is low?

This means that the stock of the frame is limited and the order is not automatically accepted. However, this does not mean that we cannot fulfill the order – contact us by phone or email and we will check the possibilities individually.

Can you frame a photo, puzzle, or non-standard object?

Yes, of course. Contact us for custom orders – we will find a solution.
