If you are choosing a frame for a mirror or painting, please consider its width. For example, a very narrow plastic frame will be unsuitable for framing a large mirror, as the product will be unstable.

Remai.lt recommends deeper, modern, subtly decorated frames for framing reproductions, which you can find in our framing salons in Vilnius and Kaunas. If your reproduction is printed on canvas and stretched on a stretcher, you do not need any additional accessories.
If the reproduction is printed on paper, we always include a backing and glass. We offer three glass options: regular glass, which has the lowest framing cost; anti-reflective glass, which creates fewer reflections and has a price not much different from regular glass; and the highest quality museum glass, which will make it seem like there is no glass at all, but this will increase the framing cost.
We also recommend choosing a mat when framing a reproduction printed on paper - a thick cardboard border that goes around the reproduction. The mat will prevent the reproduction from touching the glass, and by choosing a matching shade, it will enhance the overall appearance. With a mat, the reproduction will look more professional, as if it were from an art gallery. All mats used in our workshops are acid-free and do not harm your framed reproductions.
